We booked this hotel because we were staying in Lourdes for 4 nights. It is Michelin recommended which is the main reason why we chose it. Also the cost of rooms is reasonable. This hotel is excellent. The rooms are spacious, with daily service and change of towels. It is perfectly clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is located in the old part of the town, near the Town Centre, which has a lot of interesting shops and a branch of Mc Donalds.. The area is hilly but there are lifts close by which take people down to the newer part of town from where the grotto etc. are easily accessible on foot.
We liked everything about this hotel and would highly recommend it.

This place is quite clean, with views of the castle, in a modern area close to a sanctuary and a castle, with very kind staff and owner and nearby bars and restaurants.

The location of the Atrium was outstanding! In a quiet street away from touristic Loudres and yet within very easy (minutes) walking distance of the Grotto, it gave us the tranquility needed to respect the experience of visiting this holy place. The contemporary decor throughout showed the thought put into achieving effective, pared down but stylish accommodation without hefty prices. Loved the public areas - reception and adjacent coffee/drinks bar was unique and works for minimal staffing. Our double room was probably a triple (the small single was well-disguised) and spotless; bathroom not Ritz-sized yet perfectly adequate. Natural airconditioning ok for late June temperatures; may be difficult in high summer. Eating in was best option for us and dinner proved very acceptable. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Secure parking available. Wifi too. All in all, the Atrium was a refreshing, comfortable one-night stay in a very satisfactory small hotel.

Excellent hotel with an equally excellent front desk. A very big thank you to Gerard who made everything easy, pleasant and warm. Open parking in front and in a private garage around the corner. Hotel was exceptionally clean and modern which was a fresh change in the town of lourdes where hotels range from the dreary old pension to the extremely expensive. A 5 minute walk to the grotto which was fine thanks to a nearby semi-private lift and strolling around lourdes is never boring. Will definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. Got there after a 3 hour drive from Bordeaux and the manager Gerard offered free espressos just because we had to wait 5 minutes at their spacious modern lobby for the room to be ready. Free internet terminal a plus.

Excellent location. Took my Mother and there is a lift by the pavement a two minute walk from the hotel which takes you direct to the heart of the town which is a five minute walk to the Sanctuaries. Both the hotel Manager and the young lady working on reception were extremely helpful and welcoming, and spoke excellent English. Definitely recommended.
We liked everything about this hotel.

The location is perfect, situated in a nice quiet place away from the crowds but still close to everything that matters. The views of the castle from the rooms add a special touch, and the breakfast provided is satisfying and plentiful.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.
